Patents - New Format and Updated

The extensive part of the site devoted to Patents, both in the U.S. and Great Britain (G.B.) has been enlarged and re-organised.  The patents are all now available in high quality PDF format (much more legible) and several background contributions in the field by Hans Vogt 1930 and 1931 are now added to the original 1928 Patent entry.  Just for those who are interested in this kind of stuff.
